OUR FOUNDER STORY
Jihad Matthews
For over 26 years, I’ve been passionate about health and wellness. Like many people, I spent years trying different diets and supplements searching for something that truly worked.
During the COVID era, I discovered sea moss—and it completely changed my life.
After taking sea moss consistently every day, I began noticing powerful changes in my body:
* It helped clear mucus from my system, which made breathing easier and improved my asthma.
* My energy levels increased dramatically.
* My mind felt clearer and more focused.
* I lost over 65 pounds, going from 285 lbs to 220 lbs.
That experience inspired me to share the benefits of sea moss with others through Vital Lifestylez.
If there were only one supplement I could take for the rest of my life, it would be sea moss—because it’s one of the most nutrient-dense superfoods nature provides.
